The building was gated and secure. The apartment is well furnished with all appliances for a stay..rooms are nice and the view from bedroom is lovely.. They had a washing machine and tumble dryer ( however the dryer wasn't spinning so clothes wouldn't really dry completely) Host was very helpful and responsive...
We had an apartment 2 floors down from the lobby, and had no lift to go downstairs ( lift was only for upstairs) so had to carry luggage down stairs.. however there is a side door down to the parking, so when we checked out we didn't have to carry luggage up... The bathrooms do not have doors, which was uncomfortable for my kids...we had to lock room to use the bathroom. There was no toiletries like handwash, soap, washing powder...it is not offered in the facilities but something to arrange for in case booking this stay.. Overall the place was superb other than few things which were not a major deterrent

It was a very comfortable unit!
At first I was to cancel the reservation, because the geyser had burst! After explaining to the lady in charge that I cannot cancel because I have paid already! There was no complimentary toiletries or tea, coffee, etc. I was told on our next visit this will be provided...
