Apartment was amazing you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door The view of the pool was so beautifull from the balcony and the apartment is so neat and clean with everything you need The bonus was it so close to the beach and the waterpark and the best of all was the Beach bar walking distance from the apartment so you do not have to drive
Liked everything nothing we did not like but the only thing might even make it better is a aircon as apartment is very hot and humid and maybe equipment to clean the grill outside

We atleast got to stay in the same complex we originally booked
We had a very disappointing start to what was supposed to be a special birthday weekend. We made our booking through Booking.com, paid in full, and drove almost 6 hours to get there. Upon arrival, we were told that we had booked through “Lekker Slaap” at a completely different location. We explained multiple times that we had never booked through Lekker Slaap and that we had a confirmed Booking.com confirmation email. Despite this, the lady insisted there was no booking under our name and told us to sort it out with Booking.com — even though the only contact number listed on our booking was hers. She then handed the phone to a man who was extremely rude. He repeatedly insisted we had no booking and ended the call while I was still trying to explain the situation. After driving so far and believing our accommodation was secured and paid for, this was incredibly stressful. My wife had a panic attack as we genuinely did not know where we were going to stay. A few minutes later, the lady phoned back and apologised, saying our booking had never been added to their calendar. We were then directed to another unit in the same complex. When we arrived at the new unit, we were satisfied with it, and it met our expectations. However, we later discovered that the guest who is staying in the unit we booked had been placed there because he was not allowed to enter the other complex he booked with his trailer — which was apparently the unit they initially claimed we had booked. This made the whole situation even more frustrating, as it seems there was internal mismanagement. While the alternative unit was acceptable in the end, the handling of the situation, the rudeness, and the stress caused — especially after such a long drive — were extremely disappointing. We hope management improves their booking system and communication to prevent other guests from going through a similar experience
