Nice little flat near to transport links, had all the basics, quiet area. comfortable beds, just right for 2 people or a solo traveller.
the floors were wet when we arrived, no mop so i had to use kitchen paper to dry the bedroom floor. The extraction fans were on constantly and were quite noisy, no way of switching them off. The towels on the bed were also damp and only 1 medium towel per person. We had an issue with the WIFi, that did get sorted reasonably quickly but did mean i had to hotspot my phone for an important meeting

The property was in a convenient location and offered good value for money at £162 for three nights. It had everything we needed for a short stay,
The property was much more dated than expected and would really benefit from a thorough clean. We didn’t feel comfortable until we’d cleaned some areas ourselves. I appreciate the owner explained that the property is over 100 years old and that the lower price reflects the fact it isn’t professionally cleaned, but I still feel a basic standard of cleanliness should be provided for every guest.
