El alojamiento es cómodo limpio y se observa que el anfitrión está en todos los detalles.
La ubicación, está lejos de Roma Termini que es donde parten autobuses y metros. A 500 mts está el ingreso al metro, este no funcionaba por lo que tuvimos que tomar bus y viajas como vacas. Al finalizar la estancia, te exige pagar una tasa municipal que no se entiende porque no lo cobraron antes. La pedía en efectivo por lo que me pareció muy extraño. A las cuatro horas que me había retirado me envía un mensaje que no había dejado el efectivo por la tasa. Me pasa iban para que haga la transferencia. La realizó y le aviso que está realizada. Como a las dos hora me envía un mensaje que se había equivocado en el importe y era €48. Y que no se observaba mi transferencia, poniendo en duda mi aviso. La verdad que es una mala experiencia, pagué más de 400 euros por la estadía y estaba desesperado por esa tasa que me parece poco legal ya que no pudo agregar al precio de la estadía. Salvo eso el apartamento estaba espectacular.

Acest apartament a fost perfect pentru noi. Se află situat întru-un cartier liniștit la 30-40 de minute de centru cu autobuzul 85 și la 20-30 de minute cu metroul de la stația Colli Albani. Este perfect faptul că acestă stație de metrou este situată pe magistrala A, magistrală care traversează centrul istoric. Cartierul Tuscolana, în care se află apartamentul, este plin de magazine, restaurante, tot ce e nevoie pentru a petrece și seri liniștite aproape de casă. Ne-a plăcut mult :) Mai mult decât atât, este situatuat aprope de Appia Antica, un drum care datează din perioada Romei Antice. Se pot închiria biciclete și pargcurge drumul. E foarte fain. Plus, în zona aceasta a Romei se află câteva biserici foarte importante, printre care San Sebastiano fuori di mura și San Paolo fuori di mura, plus simpaticul cartier Garbatella.

The place was very clean. Nice neighbourhood.
Clear directions how to get to the house.
Minor issues-knifes for cooking were missing. Also TV was lagging a bit .
