The location is good. Near to stores. Owners are accommodating.
Elevators are taking so long. The bathroom is a cramped. And the AC unit installed under the table, so our feet are getting cold but the room is still hot.

The room itself ♥️, as I love cooking, their facilities are perfect for me. They have big space and beds that are fit to me and to my kids. Their place is accessible to public transport and easy to find. Your place made my short vacation easier and stress free. Thank you so much ..highly recommended....will definitely book again in my next vacation ♥️♥️♥️
The only minor issue was the building's elevator, as there were times when the wait was a bit longer. However, I understand that's fairly common in a high-rise building, so it wasn't a major concern.

The apartment was spotless, except for the bedroom. The dining area was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture.
The bed is tiny, measuring around 90 cm, and the mattress is thin. The bedroom is extremely bare, with nothing inside. I also dislike the placement of the air conditioning unit; it could cause a headache the next morning. Additionally, the window offers no view.

This place is unique. During my long stay in Manila, I rented this apartment several times. The place is large, two-story, and tastefully decorated with elegance and class. The photos of Freddie Mercury and the Beatles add even more charm to the place.
Whenever I'm there, I feel at home.
If I were decorating my own house in the Philippines, the interior would look just like this apartment. Only someone with good taste and understanding would appreciate it.
