Modern Condo for Group, with Kitchen, Wi-Fi & Netflix, Near MRT Boni

The apartment was spotless, except for the bedroom. The dining area was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture.

The bed is tiny, measuring around 90 cm, and the mattress is thin. The bedroom is extremely bare, with nothing inside. I also dislike the placement of the air conditioning unit; it could cause a headache the next morning. Additionally, the window offers no view.

This place is unique. During my long stay in Manila, I rented this apartment several times. The place is large, two-story, and tastefully decorated with elegance and class. The photos of Freddie Mercury and the Beatles add even more charm to the place. Whenever I'm there, I feel at home. If I were decorating my own house in the Philippines, the interior would look just like this apartment. Only someone with good taste and understanding would appreciate it. The owner is kind and understanding.

Pros: The condo was so spacious and we really liked it. It could accomodate our whole family. It was so convenient for a family with infant complete with iron, washer, kitchen stuff and many more! Parking is paid just outside the entrance, it was a bit costly but very convenient for our family. AC was so good. There were lots of bed available plus there was a cute sofa bed with front TV! Cons: Shower upstairs does not have any heater which could have used one. Its floor drain was easily clogged and the toilet flush was weak. This unit could also be very good if there was a free parking as the area was so in the central part of the city and could reach a lot of key destinations. This was a minute away from an LRT station! Washer was a bit old and smelly. Outside corridor was smelly and no AC! Almost everyday we were sweating! The elevator was the number one dowside for this unit! It would take ages to arrive at your floor and go down, it could also be a sauna for you all! Details before arrival was sent late, hours after our flight. We had no roaming sim, nor cell data nor was connected to the wifi in the airport, so when we arrived in the recep, I had no details to mention to the recep person in charge. Please improve this part! Overall, our stay was very good in the unit. If you are to stay just in this unit you would be all good! Take this advise from a family who stayed for 2 whole days in the condo due to typhoon! I reco this unit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Culver & Sarah's condo unit is exceptional! Its prime location right beside MRT-Boni Station makes commuting a breeze. The unit offers great value for money, and the host is very considerate and accommodating. It's immaculately clean, with an easy check-in process and cozy beds that ensure a comfortable stay. As a Pinay who loves rice for breakfast, it would be even better if a rice cooker were available in the future. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay! 🌟
