Extremely nice house, spotless and everything was very new.
The internet speed was extremely slow at 12 Mbps so if you need to stream or plan to do any telework, you might need a backup plan to use cell data. It is likely due to the neighborhood infrastructure having old copper wiring and not due to any fault of the owners.

Beautiful home with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Love that I could bring my dog with me. The neighborhood was nice and quiet without a lot of traffic.
one neighbor had his dog outside in the yard without a leash or fence, and it ran out at us while I was walking my dog. So just be aware of your surroundings

Location and quiet neighborhood on dead end street; newly remodeled with modern upscale features.
Creaky bed in master bedroom. Mattress was worn. Dirty outdoor furniture. Dirty windows. No window coverings for main entrance and kitchen window - very uncomfortable walking around at night inside the house. Shower in master was very slippery. Seemed to be not quite finished with the remodel.
