Step out onto the back deck and delight in a cup of coffee with the beautiful canal and sound views. Spend your days lounging by the community pool or playing a game of tennis. Head down to Mimi's Tiki Hut located in the Marina and sip on a cold one while relishing in the warm Outer Banks sun. Bring your boat and spend a day on the water. This canal-front home has access to the public boat ramp. After a long day of fun in the sun, dine at Blue Water Grill in the Marina, and experience the taste of the freshest seafood the Outer Banks has to offer. Located just three miles from the nearest beach access and in the lively community of Pirates Cove, this home is everything you will need for a perfect vacation getaway.

FIRST LEVEL:

King En Suite, is one of two in this beautiful home and is sure to be the perfect place to rest your head or enjoy a hot bath in the garden tub. Relax in the privacy of your spacious En Suite with private access to the deck, views of the canal or sit and enjoy the flatscreen TV.

Two Queen beds are in the second bedroom also found on this level. Open the sliding doors and let the crisp ocean air flow through the room or walk out to enjoy views of the canal. You might find yourself relaxing and enjoying the flat-screen TV, too. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bathroom for sharing with the third room on this level.

A Queen over Queen Bunk Bed can be found in the third bedroom. Enjoy the private sliding door, providing access to the deck, and just a few steps from a beautiful walk around the docks of Pirate's Cove.

SECOND LEVEL:

Living/Kitchen/Dining - climb the stairs and spend some time in the main living area. Newly renovated and decorated with views of the canal and sound, this is a wonderful space for unwinding after a full day of fun in the sun. Enjoy a cup of coffee while basking in the morning sunshine on the upper deck accessible from the living room. Head into the newly remodeled kitchen in the evenings to whip up a scrumptious meal that the entire crew will appreciate. This well-equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for a beautiful meal. The dining room offers ample space for everyone to spend some quality time together. Enjoy a flat-screen TV, multiple board games/cards, or binge on your favorite shows using the high-speed internet throughout the home. Down the hall, you can find a half bath for your convenience.

King En Suite is the second of two in this home. When the night is through, choose to rest your head in this spacious King En Suite located on this level. Access the deck from your En Suite and look up to embrace the starry sky above.

For the grill masters of your group, there is a charcoal grill located on the premises. If you are looking to get out and do a bit of shopping, you are a short two (2) miles from the Outer Banks Mall in Nags Head and the Manteo Waterfront Shops.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
