I had pleasant stay at this homestay, especially appreciating its strategic location near UNIMAS, easy check-in and close to restaurants. The double-storey house is spacious and well-suited for families or groups with four comfortables rooms each featuring a queen-sized bed. The hall and dining area are large and the kitchen is usable for cooking. There’s also secure parking inside the compound which made things convenient.
However, the stay could be improved with a few additional amenities. Wifi was not provided which made it difficult to stay connect and limited to use the smart TV as requires internet access to stream content. Aircond only avail in the master bedroom and family hall also there is no water heater which maybe uncomfortable for guests who prefer warm showers. Overall, its good opt for short stays if you prioritizing space and location but it would even better with few added amenities.
