The facility is clean and beautiful. You could add a desk and chair for incase a guest wants to work. Please also state clearly on the App that breakfast is not included. Otherwise, I loved it!👌🏾

Well situated in relation to highway

A bit run down , needs a bit of an upgrade but all in all , nice and comfortable

The staff at UNI Guesthouse were the highlight. They were very friendly and did their best to be accommodating. You can tell that they want the best for their guests. When we requested a quieter room, they were happy to assist and did not charge extra, which we appreciated. The breakfast, although not freshly-cooked, attempted to take dietary considerations into account and was tasty. The pillows were the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. The rooms were very clean.

The outside wall of the room we originally booked housed a lot of airconditioning outlets, which were very noisy at night. It felt like sleeping in a machine. We were given a better room the next night at no additional cost, which we appreciated (we reported the faulty flushing mechanism in the toilet; it was running continuously). There was no hand soap in the bathrooms (although there was shower gel in the showers); this was supplied when we requested it. There were no bedside lamps (when we asked if they had any, we were given a battery-operated light, which was appreciated). The second room did not have any rails to hang towels (although there was one small hook in the bathroom). It seems that UNI Guesthouse is operating on a budget, but there are some things that will automatically make a stay more pleasant and are a once-off (or almost once-off) cost, like bedside lamps, block-out curtains, bigger towels, towel rails/hooks, and refillable hand soap. It is also always convenient to have bottled water available in the rooms (even just two bottles); we received these when we asked.
