I booked this home for my parents for 2 nights, and Arisa went above and beyond to ensure that they would be comfortable. Giving recommendations, making sure their needs were taken care of, and checking in on them when I could not. She is truly an amazing host and an incredible person. My dad left his tablet at the airport on their return flight, and she is coordinating the return details with him as we speak, taking time to speak with the airport staff and arrange to return the tablet to him. I can't believe such kindness can exist, and we are all very grateful that we booked this apartment for the trip, and that my parents got to meet such a wonderful human! :)

Appartamento bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli. Letto comodissima e temperatura ideale. è possibile fare il check in direttamente con la proprietaria oppure farsi lasciare le chiavi nel locker (molto comodo se non si sa l'orario di arrivo) la proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha dato tanti consigli. Consiglio questo alloggio a chiunque sia di passaggio a Biei. Noi avevamo l'auto e abbiamo comodamente parcheggiato davanti a casa, google maps ti porta proprio di fronte. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!
