Residenza Leone XIII

First of all, a huge plus for the air conditioning in the rooms, especially when staying during the summer. With the high temperatures in Rome, it is really important. Residenza Leone XIII is definitely a place I can recommend. The photos on Booking accurately reflect reality – the rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The room is also incredibly well equipped – there are glasses, a kettle, plenty of clothes hangers, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. This means you don’t have to worry about basic amenities and toiletries during your stay. The reception staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly. They explained exactly how to use all the facilities and were always happy to answer any questions. It is also very easy to communicate in English at the reception. Another great advantage is access to a beautiful, large garden where you can relax in peace and quiet. The location is excellent – close to the city centre and public transport. The bus stop is practically right outside the hotel, just about a 2-minute walk away. This makes it very easy to get to various attractions in Rome – simply choose the right bus and you can easily reach your destination. Many attractions can also be explored on foot. Honestly, I can only see positives about this place. A great location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, air conditioning, excellent facilities, a beautiful garden, peace and quiet, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place and would be very happy to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I fell ill with influenza just a few days prior to checking in, and so I spent a LOT of time in the room and in bed resting. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious and the view from the windows was nice but also able to be blocked out by the window shutters, the jacuzzi bath was very nice and easy to use. The room was equipped with everything we could have needed, and the staff were awesome and accomodating. The location was incredible!!!

The mini fridge was not overly cold or effective, but not a huge issue. Also there is no door on the shower, and first day the staff had left the handheld shower nozzle facing outward after cleaning so when I turned the shower on it sprayed out everywhere. But these are both pretty minor things and otherwise our stay was perfect

The property was minimal but this worked well. It felt spacious, open and comfortable.

The location was good but a little far away from the main tourist areas. So in the heat was uncomfortable to walk too far.

The garden area is as nice .

The bathroom smelled of sewage. The room was dated . The quilts are old and shabby . A lot of nice from other rooms and the road .
