Shuvatara Suites & Spa, Thamel

From start to finish, our stay at Shuvatara Suites & Spa was an absolute dream. The hotel itself is visually gorgeous, impeccably clean, and equipped with perfect modern facilities. To top it off, the team unexpectedly surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made our stay feel extra special! What truly sets this place apart, however, is its extraordinary staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, warm, and eager to help us with anything we needed. They took care of everything for us, including seamless airport transfers and a fantastic guided tour around Kathmandu. Shuvatara Suites & Spa is the kind of place that captures your heart, and we already know we will stay here every single time we visit Nepal. If you are looking for top-tier hospitality and comfort in Thamel, look no further!

The room was incredibly comfortable with a big shower, comfortable bed, super quiet and had everything you needed, including good wifi connection. I really enjoyed my stay a lot and the hotel stuff did everything to make it even more comfortable. Everyone was nice and very attentive. The location is right in Thamel, where everything you need is close by but the street is still quiet. Definitely recommend staying here. I also had a massage and used the Sauna, which was perfect to rewind after a busy day in the city.

The hotel rooms were clean, well-equipped and true to the pictures shown. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful in guiding us. The location is great as it is in the heart of Thamel, the most lively neighborhood in Kathmandu.
