Six star stay for me. The welcome/front staff, like Sam, and the restaurant staff, like Bina were simply 5 Star. I’ll be back😇❤️🙏🏽

I have stayed in this hotel for several times for my business trip in Kathmandu. The location is very convenient to excess to the place like Thamel, Durban Square, airport. I would like to compliment to two very young associates at Front Desk, whom they gave us a farewell scarf according to Nepalese custom upon checked out. The one I would like give my gratitude and thanks to Miss. Karina Shrestha. After I had few problems, and she took good care of me by attended to all the details. My stay would have not been so enjoyable without Karina. I really like to compliment to the management of the hotel for so fortunate to have an excellent resource like Karina who has shown her self initiative to provide an extraordinary service to her guest. I am looking forward to seeing her again and wish her all the best in her hospitality career, and to develop herself to an outstanding and successful hotelier in the near future. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making the entire experience enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the breakfast had a great variety, and the location made it easy to explore Kathmandu. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Fairfield Kathmandu to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality—I look forward to staying with you again!
