La Rocque

It was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t fault the property, the Villa was clean and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. The pool area was stunning & pool was cool & clean and we loved the outdoor BBQ. Geoff & Jo were so friendly and what made the stay so memorable for us. They went above and beyond and we really can’t thank them enough. Couldn’t recommend enough & would definitely return if we were to come back to cognac.

Nothing!!

Un gîte très cocooning, une très belle décoration, un accueil extrêmement sympathique et des hôtes très disponibles. Cet hébergement était à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous le recommandons vivement.

Rien.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Jo & Geoff were beyond welcoming & helpful, and the gíte was fabulous. Very private, quiet & clean. This place has it all! Would highly recommend.

We stayed 10 days in the gite "La Rocque." What a wonderful experience to stay in such a fantastically beautiful property. Everything was provided for a comfortable holiday. A wonderful bed, soft, thick towels, beautiful, high-quality beach towels, and a pleasant scent throughout the house added a wonderful touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The outdoor area, with its lovely pool, is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. We felt right at home here! On their website, the owners recommended several excursions, which were definitely worth it! The gite is situated in a very peaceful area, surrounded by vineyards. A bakery and small supermarket are a maximum of a 5-minute drive from the property. Geoff and Jo are very warm and welcoming people. Fresh water, a bottle of red and rosé were waiting for us upon arrival. They are always available for tips and questions. 'Mon coup de coeur' has a very special place in our hearts 🩵
