Nice to have a small private pool with lots of outside sitting areas. Also, it is located inside a small resort and easy access to the beach.
It needs a little upgrades but it was still very comfortable. Perhaps an additional fan in the 2nd room to improve air circulation. Both rooms have AC but the living room and dining room/kitchen only have fans.

Secure and nice size
The location had no other facilities nearby. When I mapped out the location to the name it directed me to el zonte. So that is were I thought the location was. It did not mention that it was at coco surf.
