I like that there was a passcode for the door and not multiple keys. The room has beautiful views. My mother and grandmother stated it is the first place they did not have to wipe down before settling in.
The plumbing started acting funny making noise at the first day.

The resort area is fantastic. We definetly want to stay in the resort again. We loved the lazy river. The food at the bar was fantastic! The beach location and assessability is superb.
This particulular unit had lots of issues. On our first night the power was out in the Master Suite. We reported it immediatelym but it was 4:00 PM the next day after several calls before it was addressed. There were other plugs throughout the unit that had no power. The washing machine would not spin out the water in the towels, so we had a difficult time getting them dry for reuse. The unit was not very clean. The floors had clearly not been mopped and the bedding was soiled.
