The location to the beach access and the smaller pool was great. Porch area was nice to be able to sit outside on. Master bedroom was roomy with a good sized closet. Very much appreciated the additional half bath.

There was nowhere to store anything for anyone else traveling with us. It forced the master bedroom to become a communal space. The dryer was non functioning upon arrival and it took maintenance a few days to get there to resolve. The garbage disposal quit working and caused the kitchen sink to backup. After second request for maintenance to repair they determined it just needed to be replaced, which happened after check out (not their fault). The main pools were unclean. We enjoyed the smaller pool but it’s last to be opened and first to close (which is unfortunate). The 3 main pools were unclean and this is the area where you can swim after the other pool closes and also where you find the hot tub. It seemed like it was never skimmed and not routinely cleaned on the bottom.

The location is fantastic and the available beach toys make for a great time. Kitchen-wise wise they have everything you would need to cook for a large family. It kept my wife, our 4 kids, and me very comfortably.

Gonna start with our biggest issue the wristband charge that we were not made aware of until after we had booked our room. 20 dollars a person and the expectation to make children keep what in reality amounts to a hospital band is a bit absurd. Also not a fan of it making me and my family stand out a tourists. The dishwasher did not seem to be functioning properly either. Overall the stay was nice and the facilities met our expectations. Would prefer if the extra charges were up front because even after the fees it was a good deal and great stay.

Everything was clean, and a lot of space. Also had a lot of extras for the beach.

It was close to the beach, stores, and attractions!
