Gute Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft, nachts sehr ruhig im Haus, angenehme Ausstattung

Parking on the street near the building always can find some free spots. All necessary equipment in the kitchen, tea/coffee available
The building itself is shabby, looks like social housing. The lavatory was scary, the corridor, the room itself very dirty and old. In the apartment be careful with hot water in the shower - it is changing the temperature super fast I guess depending if someone is using the water in parallel or not. The apartment is located on the first floor, outside there were noisy neigbours during the night
