Das Appartement ist sehr neu, sehr sauber und hat die spitzen Bewertung absolut verdient. Die persönliche Übergabe bei Ankunft mit einigen Erklärungen ist hilfreich. Ich habe mich rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen Parkplatz für das Auto findet man immer in der Nähe.

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Waipu-TV steht zur Verfügung und funktioniert gut. Auch das WLAN war stabil und ausreichend schnell mit ca. 72-80 Mbit. Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine Wohnraumlüftung, welche steuerbar ist (Stufe 1-3) und die auch, z.B. nachts, komplett ausgeschaltet werden kann.
Extrem laut, da das Zimmer in Richtung einer vielbefahrenen Straße ausgerichtet ist. Check in nur innerhalb von drei Stunden möglich 16.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr / Check-out bis 09.00 Uhr. Ferner sollte man eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft anrufen. Wohnungseingangstür ist von außen zu öffnen, wenn nicht von innen zugesperrt wird. Nur Waipu Fernbedienung für den Fernseher, keine Hisense (Hersteller) Fernbedienung, daher konnte ich meinen Laptop nicht auf dem Fernseher "spiegeln" bzw. auf den entsprechenden Eingang umschalten. Warum stellt man nicht auf self check-in um, mit ensprechenden Codeschlössern?
