The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is not too fair from the city centre and the facilities were well equipped.
The stairs up to the fifth floor are very narrow and steep, with no elevator available. There was some noise from other apartments. Overall very good stay though.

Die Lage war für mein Anliegen perfekt, da ich auf einem Kongress in der Stadthalle war, die 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt war. Auch die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war daher einwandfrei, da der Bahnhof direkt neben der Stadthalle liegt. Auch eine Bäckerei befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in erreichbarer Nähe. Ebenso praktisch war das unkomplizierte Check-in, da die Schlüsselübergabe kontaktlos via Schlüsselsafe und Code läuft und man somit rund um die Uhr einchecken kann.
Meine Unterkunft war sehr schmuddelig. Der Boden war definitiv vorher weder gesaugt noch geputzt worden. Es roch extrem muffig, im Bad roch es nach Schimmel, den man auch an den Wänden sehen konnte. Die Küche fühlte sich klebrig an. Ich hatte eigentlich den Plan gehabt mir abends zu kochen, aber davon bin ich dann leider sehr schnell abgekommen. Für diesen Preis hätte ich definitiv viel mehr erwartet.
