Villa Sunniva

The house is located about 100 meters above street level on the slope of a small hill. It is a residential area with beautiful houses around. The house itself faces the sunset and has beautiful views across the bay to the horizon. It is basically a spacious room with a huge double bed and an even bigger TV. We had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you needed to prepare breakfast and even lunch. Truly one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had.

As always, not everything can be perfect. Firstly, mobility is a problem. A short but steep road leads from the main road to the house. We walked this road: it was difficult going downhill and exhausting going uphill. Professional Phangan tourists probably rent a motorbike or scooter. But we didn't dare to do that - driving on the left in this chaotic traffic. At the main road we used taxi. Secondly, there is disco music everywhere. The island is full of disco music. Kho Phangan is not for people who love nature and contemplation. It is for action and party.
