Luxury Mansion Villa 200 m to Chaweng Beach

Beautiful Villa with stunning views. We were very well looked after, and the villa was very private and quiet, great for relaxing and having some family time. The location was close to many areas with great restaurants and beaches, easy to order a grab to anywhere on the island. Joe was very professional and helpful to make our stay comfortable and easy.

No negatives about the villa. It wasn’t easy to walk to the beach directly from the villa but lovely beaches just a short drive away.

We really loved the warm and personal hospitality—Joe, the villa manager, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, with a fantastic pool that we enjoyed every day. Breakfasts were a real highlight—Joe prepared them himself, and we got to choose between American-style (eggs and bacon) or sweet pancakes, always served with fresh fruit and coffee. The whole experience felt relaxed, well cared for, and easy, especially with help from the host in organizing local activities. The pool is a real highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing

The only downsides were related to accessibility and utilities. To reach the villa, you have to turn off the main road and drive up a very steep path. It’s manageable by car, but walking it—especially in the heat—can be quite challenging. Also, since there are no signs pointing to the villa, taxi and Grab drivers often had trouble finding the place, which led to a few delays and some confusion. Additionally, electricity isn’t included in the rental price. While we were informed in advance, the final cost was a bit higher than expected, especially with regular use of air conditioning. It’s worth keeping in mind so you can manage your usage accordingly.
