Квартира знаходиться в тихому районі. До історичного центру міста можна дістатися пішки за 20-30 хвилин. Неподалік є станція метро, але ми не користувалися метро. Є своє місце у підземному паркінгу. Власник надав необхідні інструкції щодо заселення. Для мене було не дуже зручно перший раз розібратися з «розумним замком». Викликає питання як цей замок буде працювати при відсутності світла чи інтернету, а при пожежі доречно буде шукати в телефоні програму для відкривання замка?
Перед виїздом власник прислав нам вимоги щодо виселення. Ми повинні були розділити мусор, зняти постільну білизну з ліжка. Як розділити сміття , якщо в квартирі тільки один сміттєвий контейнер? Дуже н сподобалось, що під простирадлом використовується наматрацник з поліетилену, через який тіло не дихає, та вночі він скрипить.

Le fait de disposer d'un parking.
Le manque d'équipement dans la cuisine : verres insuffisants, un four mais pas de plat ! Une éponge propre serait bien.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel, agréable, calme et lumineux. Propriétaire sympathique et avenante.
Parking souterrain sans lumière et jusqu'à l'ascenseur durant tout le séjour. Emplacement de stationnement
éloigné de l'ascenseur et risque de chute avec barres métalliques au sol sur les emplacements (dans le noir). Ascenseur lui même capricieux. A plusieurs reprises, avons dû prendre les escaliers. Les extérieurs aussi sont très sombres, aucun plot lumineux ne fonctionnait et l'entrée de l'immeuble est éloignée de la grille côté rue. Nombreux vis à vis avec immeuble d'en face.
