Overall fine, but wouldn’t recommend at least until it gets better maintenance and you don’t care about the elevator iss

We liked the view from the balcony.

The building itself is in a very bad condition, the elevator doesn’t go to the bottom floor, you have to go up the stairs to the first floor and take it from there. I understand that this doesn’t fully depend on the owner of the apartment, but it adds inconvenience for families (if you have a baby stroller for example). The apartment wasn’t clean - stains in the bathroom, cutlery wasn’t washed. The floor and the bed were making sounds with the slightest movement which was waking up our kid all the time.

Beautiful apartment, great views, authentic stay.

The building itself and its surroundings indeed look a bit worn down. But once you get past the entrance (that really looks a bit shady) and you take all your courage and use the elevator up to the 8th floor you are in for a surprise. The apartment is small, but has everything you need. There is so much love in all the details it is impossible to list them all but we felt immediately at home. The space is impeccably clean and features a balcony with a breathtaking view over the Danube river. We'll gladly be back there if in the area.

OK, the sofa bed is not really a sofa bed unless you are a very short person with not much demand for space. But for us 2 it was no problem.

Много добър дизайн, личи си, че е правено с мисъл и наскоро ремонтирано, всичко вътре е ново и апартамента беше много чист, с хубава гледка към Дунав и града.

Leuk appartement, helaas niet voldoende schoon

Prachtig uitzicht Donau, leuke inrichting, balkon.

Het was echt niet schoon: overal spetters (keuken en badkamers, spiegels), haren in de douche. Het bed/beddengoedwas wel schoon.

Wspaniały apartament / okropny blok

Wszystko co dotyczy samego apartamentu jest na wielkim plusie: bardzo ładnie urządzony (wygłąda lepiej niż na zdjęciach), świeżo, czysto, wygodne spanie (choć maleńką, krótką kuchenną sofę trzeba "rozbudować" poduszkami aby dorosły mógł się na niej wyspac); połowa rzeczy wygląda jak zupełnie nieużywana; dwa klimatyzatory!!!

Minusy to tylko budynek (zaniedbany blok) i winda jak w horrorach

Матрака беше удобен. Хубава гледка.

Имаше кафе машина, но нямаше достатъчно кафе. Бяната и мивката в кухнята не бяха особено чисти, както и приборите. На леглото намерих няколко косъма върху чаршафите. За дивана в кухнята беше оставена възглавница с ползвана от друг човек калъфка, нямаше чаршаф за завивката.

Ενδιαφέρουσα διαμονή με μικρή δόση περιπέτειας.

Σε πολύ καλή θέση. Άνετο και δωρεάν παρκάρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι μεσαίου μεγέθους, πολύ προσεγμένο και με ωραία διακόσμηση. Η θέα στον Δούναβη είναι όλα τα λεφτά!

Η κατάσταση των κοινοχρήστων χώρων είναι ένα αρχικό σοκ. Μην κολλήσετε όμως σ' αυτό. Δυσάρεστο ήταν, που την τελευταία μέρα ενημερωθήκαμε ότι το ασανσέρ δουλεύει από τον πρώτο όροφο. Σε συνδυασμό με τα προβλήματα που έχουμε στη μέση και στα πόδια, μας έκανε λίγο τη ζωή ποδήλατο, αλλά τα βγάλαμε τελικά πέρα. Λίγο περισσότερη εποπτεία για την κατάσταση των οικιακών σκευών. Σ' εμάς είχε μόνο μία κούπα καφέ.

Фантастично място. Чисто, уютно и красиво. А гледката към реката е запомняща се. Домакините са винаги на разположение готови да помагат и със специално отношение към детайлите. Дори имаше комплимент за нас, за спомен :). Ако се върна в града задължително бих отседнала в това място.
