A comfortable and clean apartment

It was a comfortable apartment. There was a library with nice books, coffee, tea, and it was clean.

We were there in the middle of January so the temperature outside was -8. The floor and the bathroom were quite cold. The rooms however were warm enough. Other than this everything was ok.

Cozy and clean apartment next to Danube

We have rented the place for one night as our last stop during our historical travel across medieval Bulgaria. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us, and our son. The kitchen is fully equipped and our host left compliments, which was a nice gesture. The communication was very easy, we took keys from deposit box next to the entrance, and left them there after leaving. The flat is located on the ground floor, and has parking spot across the entrance, so it was convenient to bring luggage in/out. It is 5 minute walk away from fortress Baba Vida which we visited. All rooms had air condition, which was great, taken that it was very hot day above 35 degrees. The shower is great and spacious, and wc is in a separate room. Wifi was also excellent.

It was my mistake, not to check if the apartment had balcony or terrace, as I'm a smoker, so I had to smoke outside the entrance. Which was great, as it has small benches in flowers and I got to know some of the neighbors and had a nice small talk with them. So actually it's not a minus, but a plus :)

Perfect location, few steps away from Baba Vida fortress and the Danube river. Very close to the city center. Restaurants and bars near by. The apartment is very clean. Well equipped kitchen with all amenities.I recommend it for your stay in Vidin.

Beautiful and clean apartment in excellent location

Beautiful and clean apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I definitely recommend it. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He helped arrange for us local transportation with a good and honest driver, which made our journey much more enjoyable and less stressful. Many, many thanks.

Easy to find apartment. Convenient parking in front of the windows. Modern apartment with all necessary amenities, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, french coffee press, beautiful kitchen and dining area. Air conditioner in each room. Host is very friendly and helpful

Passable

Picking up the keys was easy even though we had difficulties finding the area. The host was kind enough to wait for us and help out with luggage. We only spent one night there so it wasn't exactly an issue with us as we literally moved in and out.

The apartment is not a rent apartment and the owner has loads of his personal stuff still there example: clothes in wardrobe, food in freezer etc... I felt like I couldn't touch anything and it was as if I was trespassing in someone's home. I would have preferred if linen and towels were white as per universal hospitality code.

recommend it particularly to families with kids

The location is great - just 150 m from the "Baba Vida" fortress and the city park. You can reach the city center by 10 min walk. The host waited for us in front of the apartment and was very helpful. The apartment is fully equipped and everything is new and very well maintained.

There is no terrace in the apartment and one of the 2-person beds was a bit small

The location is good. Next to Vidin Fortress.

There was a nasty smell in the whole apartment - like in a basement. The apartment is very dark, it is on the first floor and it looks like the rest of the time is used by the owner. So you are kind of in somebody elses's apartment rather than in a hotel.

Location is perfect - 5 min walk to the fortress. The apartment was clean and cozy. It is very well equipped with all sort of appliances. The beds were very comfortable. You can easily stay for a week or two and feel at home.
