Simple Apartment in an ok Part of town, 25 min to city center walking.

The location was interesting but not super central; close to the train station in a more residential neighborhood, fairly quiet. Street parking was possible which was a bonus. Size of the place was good, it was clean. Price was the main reason we booked this place. Yes, price was great, but the experience was not. The apartment had much more potential ; needs some repairs and some more attention prior to arrival of a guest.

There were a lot of defects in this ground floor apartment: massive hole in one of the bedroom doors, another hole was covered up in another door; signs of substantial water damage on the walls and ceilings, heaters were off (it was very cold), door to patio are not well insulated so bedroom did not heat up very quickly, bathroom has a tub without a door or curtain, very impractical to use. Main door to the building did not close right, door to apartment gets stuck halfway; the ground floor apartment has access to a patio which looks abandoned and unkept; not inviting. On top, I was charged a city tax amount that was higher than it should have been as per the booking.com reservation; they charged for 5 people, even though we were two adults only and 3 kids. Booking.com reservation stated the correct amount. Communication was ok, but not very helpful; I had to pay the incorrect amount in order to get the door access codes. It felt like an AI chat bot that repeated the same responses over and over.

Overall, the area felt safe, and we had a very pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Antwerp. Not only is it spacious—more than enough for the five of us—but it is also newly renovated, very clean, and offers great amenities for the price we paid. It’s a shame we only stayed for one night. The apartment has complete utensils and appliances if you plan to cook and eat at home. The only thing missing is a washer and dryer, which would be useful for longer stays if you don’t want to pack a lot of clothes. The location is excellent: it’s close to Antwerp Central Train Station and within walking distance of stores and commercial areas, yet still quiet enough to get a good night’s rest. There’s even a small patio outside one of the bedrooms, which was a nice bonus.

Parking can be a challenge if you’re traveling by car. Street parking may be risky if you’re not familiar with local rules, and paid parking options are about a 10-minute walk away and quite expensive. We were lucky to find street parking upon arrival and stayed only overnight, and fortunately didn’t receive a ticket.

The place was in a great location with easy access to transportation. New everything. Loved that they had coffee, tea, creamers waiting for us. Beds were so comfy!!! Furniture was so nice. Shower was great!!

I would definitely go back, but I would have preferred someone showing us how to use the appliances and front door system. I am not so savy and was a little frustrated. They did show up eventually, however writing it out would have been great. Also there are no closets, dressers or luggage carriers which meant your suitcase was your dresser.

Okay stay for 6 people

Wifi and key box worked, windows to street were sound proof, accommodation looked modern. The appartement had two toilets which was great for a group of 6.

There was mold in the corridor, the accommodation did not have utensils for 6 people, missing curtain for the shower, thin walls (front door) to the entrance area, garden did not have furniture to relax or sit.

Really nice, clean and modern

Issues with checking in as they had given us the wrong details and they were uncontactable to help us. Managed by luck to get in by speaking to a cleaner and her contacting them. We chose the apartment as it said it had a sofa bed which it did but they provided no bedding or sheets for it

The rooms were quiet new and spacious

Bad communication - they let us wait 1,5 hours outside before we could enter the apartment. I’ve tried to call them 20 times but no one picked the phone or responded on my messages. Facilities: no dishwasher, broken lights, thin pillows, hard beds, no chairs on the balcony

The apartment was spacious and clean as expected. Key code was provided to ease check in access and the host was helpful and very prompt in responding. The property had all the basic facilities and equipment needed for our stay … The living room was spacious with a kitchen & dinning area which was useful.. we had a pleasant stay and the lift was useful too.. Overall experience was very good.. We found paid parking near by the property.

Midden in centrum vlak bij metro station. Mooi appartement gast vrij welkom's thee & koffie. Goede Fohn aanwezig, mooie badkamer zelfs shampoo en douchgel watjes. Groot bed en twijfelaar bed. Zachte handoeken. Mooi servies. Voldoende bestek. Mooie ruime eer tafel! Bank 2 zitter.

Kreeg uur voor inchecken de sleutel code. Dit gaf stress en twijfel. Verder was er 24 uur van te voren geen reactie via de mail,whatsapp of andere kanalen inspreken van voice mail enz. Onzekerheid voor vertrek. Kortom geef duidelijk aan hoe laat je sleutelcode krijgt! Extra gemeente belasting overgemaakt van omdat we dachten dat we te kort haddden overgemaakt € 37,10 ipv € 37, 12 Min punt was dat er slijt plekken in matras overtrek zaten. Wiebel stoelen aan de grote tafel. Wanneer je stoelen aanschuift maakt het enorm. Wellicht is een vaatdoek nog handig in voor afnemen van de tafel en aanrecht. Iets meer relax stoel kan.

Mooi ruim appartement vlakbij het station. Twee slaapkamers met prima bedden. Vlakbij een metrostation wat erg handige verbinding heeft met binnenstad (anders 20-30 min lopen)

Goeie verwachtingen maar geluidsoverlast was verschrikkelijk

De ligging was zeer goed en een ruim appartement.

Heel de nacht geluidoverlast door de onderliggende en bovenliggende buren. Heel de nacht verhuisgeluiden van meubels alsook geroep en hele luide muziek. We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan en hadden de volgende dag een belangrijke bijscholing. We voelde ons zelf zo onveilig dat we het schoenenrek tegen de voordeur hebben geplaatst. Ik heb toen de eigenaars de dag nadien gecontacteerd en we gingen een vergoeding krijgen van 50 euro en meermaals gestuurd want we gingen het ontvangen maar tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds niks en ze negeren de berichten.

La struttura è molto grande, pulita e moderna. Una buona posizione per i trasporti principali e per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo. La tranquillità della zona , pur avendo la stazione ferroviaria a pochi passi . Il parco cittadino è dietro l ' angolo. La presenza dell ascensore. La disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff per eventuali richieste.

Mancanza di alcuni accessori e servizi per vivere a pieno l ' ospitalità. Un mobile o guardaroba nella stanza da letto, anche una sedia e piccola scrivania sarebbero meglio e magari anche uno specchio .Avrebbe avuto sicuramente un valore aggiunto anche il bagno in camera. Mancanza di un tris asciumani standard ad personam. Maggiori attenzioni sulle pareti, magari un pò più di colore o qualche decorazione. Maggiore illuminazione nella sala da bagno , una luce in più sullo specchio, una sedia o un piccolo mobile.

Die Wohnung lag zentral an einer Velostation. Die Wohnung mit 2 Terrassen mit Blick über Antwerpen aus dem 5. Stock. Fahrstuhl vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet.

Zum TV-GERÄT wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung nötig gewesen, ebenso wie eine Anleitung für den Herd und Mikrowelle, schade, dass ein Herd fehlte. Ansonsten wenig Töpfe und Pfannen zum kochen. Allerdings finde ich die Anleitung für Geräte wichtiger.

De grote van het appartement, het vooraf als je koffers kunnen plaatsen en dan later inchecken. Fantastische diamantenwijk. Samen met 3 vrouwen me heel erg veilig gevoeld.

Er is maar 1 spiegel in de badkamer, terwijl er in het gehele appartement wel ruimte is voor 10 spiegels. Als je met meerdere verblijft is het wel fijn om hier van voorzien te zijn. We hadden een bad/douche combi. Hier zou het fijn zijn als er een douchewand is, zodat niet de gehele badkamer nat wordt.

Bij aankomst hadden wij een code voor de buitendeur die niet werkte, we kregen alleen een piep dus aardige paniek, want organisatie is slecht bereikbaar alleen per mail. Telefoon gaat naar voicemail. We hadden heel veel geluk want diegene die had schoongemaakt kwam net naar buiten en legde ons uit dat we eerst op de knop met afbeelding van een sleutel moesten drukken, daarna het nummer en dan nog een keer op de knop met de sleutel. Als we haar niet hadden getroffen, wat dan?? Advies: dat ze dat duidelijk vermelden!!

Allotjament situat en un barri tranquil a 10 minuts del centre caminant. L’apartament és un cinquè pis (àtic amb ascensor) decorat amb bon gust però amb algunes deficiències. El temps de resposta del responsable de l’allotjament a les nostres peticions va ser pràcticament immediat i es van resoldre dintre de les possibilitats. Suficientment espaiós i tot bastant nét amb una cuina tipus officce amb els estris corresponents.

Presenta una sèrie de danys que entenem que haurien d’estar arreglats abans de ser llogat. La porta d’entrada està molt malmesa i no sembla gaire segura i dues portes de l’interior esbutzades pel que sembla ser forts cops que donen una mala impresió. Una de les portes que dona accés del menjador a la terrassa no es podia tancar i això també creava inseguretat perquè des de l’apartament del costat podien accedir facilment a l’interior del pis. La cortina d’una de les habitacions estava despenjada d’una banda i a l’altra dormitori no hi havia ni cortina ni persiana. Després de comentar-ho amb el responsable el dia abans de marxar van venir a posar-ne una. Tampoc en cap de les dues habitacions, ni a la resta de l’habitatge hi havia un armari per poder penjar la roba amb la incomoditat que això comporta. Únicament hi havia en una de les habitacions dues tauletes de nit i a l’altra res de res. És una llàstima que havent dues terrasses no es puguin aprofitar perquè no hi ha cap tipus de mobiliari. La TV no estava connectada a la xarxa i per aquest motiu no es podien veure canals lliures, únicament de pagament. Finalment també cal dir que l’aparcament al carrer és complicat. Vam preguntar al responsable una alternativa i de seguida ens va adreçar a un pàrquing de pagament però molt aprop de l’allotjament (uns 8 minuts caminant).

Il manquait de tout ( pas de sel/poivre, sucre et tout ce qu'on aimerait avoir à disposition quand on loue un appartement) , cet appartement était vide, comme si on allait emménager... Mais par dessus tout, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude !!! En plus j'avais réservé spécialement le logement avec baignoire. Que je n'ai pas pu utiliser. J'ai reçu une petite compensation de booking.com mais ça a quand même beaucoup perturbé mon séjour.

L’appartement en lui-même était juste génial : il est assez grand, mais malheureusement, il n’est absolument pas entretenu. Il y a des coups dans les portes, dans les murs, un peu partout. On se demande vraiment ce qui a bien pu se passer auparavant.

À notre arrivée, la porte était cassée, ce qui la rendait impossible à fermer de l’extérieur. Le technicien est finalement venu à 18h30 pour la réparer, mais en attendant, il nous était impossible de quitter l’appartement puisque toutes nos affaires étaient à l’intérieur. Nous avons donc perdu beaucoup de temps. Je trouve que le logement est bien trop cher par rapport à son état. Il est bien situé, certes, mais l’entretien laisse clairement à désirer, tout comme la propreté. C’est vraiment dommage, car j’ai déjà loué un appartement à un étage plus bas dans le même immeuble, et il était bien mieux entretenu.

L'appartamento non era conforme alla prenotazione. Ho prenotato un appartamento con due camere da letto e un soggiorno. L'appartamento era in effetti con due camere ma una era completamente vuota! Il mio amico ha dovuto dormire sul divano, che sì era un divano letto, ma il primo giorno mancavano le lenzuola. La camera da letto arredata troppo minimalista. Solo letto e due comodini. Neanche una seggiola per appoggiare i vestiti. In cucina le posate erano non sufficienti: un cucchiaino, una forchetta, 4 coltelli e due cucciai
