Thara Inn Villa

A super clean, well maintained property. The staff were fabulous and provided us with a home cooked breakfast every morning. The town is a nice, peaceful, bucolic 15 minutes walk away. Everything worked in the room. Plenty of hot water, great WiFi and lots of chargeable sockets.

We had a very small room which was a bit cramped for two people. However, we had use of the shared kitchen and covered outdoor seating area.

Na een aantal dagen hier te hebben verbleven gingen we naar onze volgende bestemming maar die viel tegen en toen wilden we meteen terug! Hele fijne plek voor een zeer goede prijs en de manager doet alles om dingen voor je te regelen: een scooter, taxi, tuk tuk, etc. En alles tegen een goede prijs!

Het is iets verder van winkels en strand maar met scooter ideaal en een stuk rustiger dan in de buurt van Hiriketiya strand wat erg druk en toeristisch is.

Het was erg schoon en comfortabel, hele rustige plek en personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam! Via hen een scooter gehuurd voor een kleine prijs en toen de band lek ging kregen we meteen een nieuwe!

Het is iets verder van stranden, maar het dichtste bij ons lievelingsstrand Dikwella beach!

Our stay at Thara Inn Villa was excellent. We booked very last minute in the morning and arrived at the accommodation within just one hour. We were able to check in immediately and leave our luggage, which was incredibly convenient. The team welcomed us very warmly and was extremely flexible. We even received breakfast despite our short notice booking. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a flower and a fresh coconut, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are very tastefully and stylishly designed, and everything was spotlessly clean. The outdoor bathroom was also beautiful and well maintained. We were able to rent a scooter through the accommodation, and it was exchanged again upon request without any issues. All in all, a truly wonderful stay. We can highly recommend Thara Inn Villa and would happily stay here again.
