Contemporary Studio Unit at Abreeza T1 with Pay Parking

Property is well-maintained. Apart from nice aesthetics, it is mostly clean (no molds in bathroom). Can prepare simple breakfast in kitchen — utensil provided and some basic cooking appliances. There’s smart tv that you can mirror your phone to if you want to watch Netflix, Amazon prime. Wifi is good. AC is good. Water is good. Didn’t check water heater since i like cold showers. Not noisy. Literally 2min walk to Abreeza mall. Checkin process was smooth — property manager responded soon as I asked checkin process (it was me who messaged first), security will ask your booking/room details when entering the building and reception will ask for copy of your ID, all fine and smooth. Towels provided and has free shampoo, body wash, conditioner.

Nothing wrong with property. Wish the property manager replied right away when we asked about checkout procedures as we would have followed what was required to take the bins out and other instructions missed since we left early. Oh just a minor thing for the small bed — there was no duvet(comforter) in the duvet cover. Other than that, all good and really nice. 👍🏼

The unit was spacious, looked extremely modern and has all the amenities you need. The bed is extremely comfortable and we had a really nice sleep. Best thing is it’s in front of the mall and near all the places that you can go to in Davao. One of our best and worth it stays in the Philippines.

Property was clean. Location was excellent, walking distance to Abreeza Mall.

Rangehood was not working and TV reception was bad.

The sofa bed needs change. It is not comfortable to sleep. Beddings especially pillow case smells bad, was not washed & dried properly, that i have to send them for laundry. No washing machine available & didn't inform me prior. We maintained the area clean, that even the cleaner will clean it less after our use. I guess the owner should revise or rephrase her words telling her guest about cleanliness, I feel hurt because I am not like others, it is like commanding me. I feel the owner if my property is being treated like thrash that's why cleanliness & orderliness i observed! Provide a cleaning tool like vaccum. 7 days staying needs to do cleaning & you are telling to maintain cleanliness?Just be courteous. Don't have it rented if you don't want it to be messy. White & yellow garbage bags should be provided for waste segregation. Contact number should be provided by the owner for any problem as via messaging only in booking.com, it takes a while to get the reply. What if you are connected to the app or email???
