The room was very cold on arrival. No hot water until the morning

It was fairly small, but comfortable enough, good selection of coffees and hot drink were available downstairs. It was very quiet at this time of year but served it's purpose for an overnight stay.
Shower took way too long to run hot.
The room was very cold, air con was on and heat coming out but the design of the
Room meant that the heat escaped and there was little benefit from it.
There is no parking for people staying at the hotel and it's a came of first come first served in the surrounding streets.
