Clean, spacious and everything you could need in the place. Comfortable beds and good couch with nice tv. It was in a pretty convenient spot if you need to be in DTLA. Great stay.

The apartment has air conditioning, but it’s in the other bedroom, which means a light sleeper can’t sleep with it on, and the other bedroom may end up getting hot. Also there could be more dishes available. For travelers coming from Europe, communication can feel a bit challenging due to the time difference and limited payment options, for example when handling the required deposit. Luckily, we were able to use PayPal — otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to pay the deposit at all.

The team are meticulous about security giving the current environment, they ask the right questions and check background to make sure you are who you say and not impersonating. At first it made me nervous but when then I realized they are not the average hotel, and take community safety very seriously. Love the area and attentive staffs. This is an amazing stay and I'll definitely be booking again next time I'm in LA. Exactly as described. I loved the convenient location, amenities, easy check-in and out, and clean! I had some questions about my stay- the communication was prompt and they were very accommodating. Very thoughtful touches throughout the space, I really enjoyed my stay and it was so easy and relaxing. So many restaurants within minutes and lots of sightseeing because of the central location. In general, staying in the inner city is noisy at night. The weather was warm during our stay so initially we kept the windows open but the noise of cars became disruptive. This was easily addressed by closing the windows and turning the air conditioner on.
