    Good staff, spacious well kept rooms. Beautiful property but a bit overpriced. Breakfast was a disappointment. I am a vegetarian. So just fruits n granola. Even their breads contained eggs. I am allergic to eggs hence asked specifically. We were there for 3 nights so I would think that it should be possible to provide some eggless bread to the customer on the second and third day atleast. Concierge are super helpful! Five stars to them!

    The hotel is beautiful. Nostalgic style paired withan excellent location. However, some of the rooms need renovation (especially the bathrooms).

    The place is nice the bed are super comfortable! And the space is clean and comfy! The lady help us to check in was super nice and helpful actually very one there! And the place for first time travel to LA and planning to use public transportation is super convenient!

    A truly charming century-old hotel with so much character. Located near downtown, which makes exploring easy. The décor has a beautiful vintage feel throughout — you can really sense the history. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that's pretty typical for a heritage property. My only regret is the pricing — we booked when rates were high, and later saw the price drop by nearly 50%. Definitely worth keeping an eye on for a better deal!
