    Great place great staff loved it, battery in my key died one day and it was fixed immediately with great care. The staff asked if it was okay to fix at that time, if there was anyone else in the room, had a mini fridge next to the bed?? Love it 10/10

    Great price and clean rooms. Some homeless in the area (as with most areas) but they keep to themselves. Busy street with lots to do. I would definitely stay here again.

    The only upside of this hotel is its distance to Universal Studio and the receptionist, who was responsive to our demand. We found torn bedsheet, missing coat hangers, spiders, foul smell, a light switch inside the dresser, a loud window airconditioner among things that a hotel should not have. I seriously question the hygiene of the facility. Definitely will not come back.
