Good value but not great facilities

The interior is very nice and there’s a great roof space

The shower drain was clogged and so water went all over the floor . Also the towels were very small . Parking very difficult if you have a tall van

We just had a hard time looking for the building because it says Ursulastraatje 44 but there was no number out in the building we only saw the small signage outside the building.

Tante Ursula is een leuk verblijf voor een dagje Venlo!

Twee slaapkamers, fijne douche aparte toilet. De woonkamer en keuken waren op de 1e etage en goed voorzien. De bedden waren prima. Een verrassing was het dakterras. Het was erg koud dus we konden daar helaas niet gaan zitten, maar we hebben stiekem wel even gekeken. Het appartement ligt midden in Venlo, dus alles dichtbij. Topverblijf!

Toen we aankwamen stonden de ramen open en de verwarming was uit. En het vroor hard. Dus het was hooguit 12 graden in huis. We hebben het niet warm gekregen omdat we 's nachts niet hard wilden verwarmen. Maar ik denk dat het niet de bedoeling was dat de ramen open stonden. We hadden genoeg aan het dekbed + de sprei dus in bed was het heerlijk warm. Verder geen klachten. Het is een fantastisch appartement❤️

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten , und obwohl draußen sehr laut und viel los war wegen Strassenkarneval war es in der Wohnung ruhig. Alles bestens.

Originelle Unterkunft in der Fussgängerzone

Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und freundlich und hat beim Einchecken geholfen.

Der Herd der Einbauküche hat nicht funktioniert. Die Unterkunft kann mit dem Auto nicht angefahren werden. Bei viel Gepäck ist der Weg vom/ zum Parkhaus durchaus mühsam. Ausserdem müssen zusätllich 16 bis 18 Euro Parkgebühr mit eingeplant werden.

Für einen Kurztrip perfekt

Eine super gelegene Ferienwohnung. Direkt in der Stadt und auch das Parken war sehr nah. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern. Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen. Die Kritikpunkte der Vorgänger: Ja, es gibt nur 1 normales Handtuch pro Person Ja, das Öffnen über die App erfordert Geduld Ja, das Geländer am Balkon fehlt Ja, die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind für 4 etwas knapp bemessen Ja, die Nespresso Kapseln sind nur für den ersten Kaffee ABER: die positiven Punkte überwiegen und man kann selber Abhilfe schaffen!

Schlafmöglichkeiten für die 4. Person. Der angegebene Balkon ist nicht so gut, da die Luke schwer zu öffnen ist und es keinerlei Geländer gibt.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Venlo.

Die Lage der Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt von Venlo ist super. Man kann alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichen (z.B. auch den Bahnhof). Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette, darüber befinden sich Wohnzimmer (mit Fernseher) und Küche in einem großen Raum, von dem man über eine Treppe zur darüber liegenden Dachterrasse gelangt. Für zwei Personen war die Unterkunft sehr großzügig, bei voller Auslastung mit vier Personen könnte es etwas eng werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt.

- Man erhält vor der Anreise den Link zu einer App, die man auf dem Handy installieren muss, und kann dann mit dem Handy die Türen öffnen. Bei mir hat es gut geklappt. Trotzdem wären uns Schlüssel lieber gewesen. Zum einen braucht man immer ein aufgeladenes Handy (wehe, das Akku ist leer) und zum anderen kann man die App nur auf das Handy des- oder derjenigen, der/die die Buchung vorgenommen hat, installieren, so dass nur diese Person mit ihrem Handy die Türen öffnen kann. Bei einem Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen kann das schwierig werden. - Die Dachterrasse ist grundsätzlich schön, aber ungesichert und somit nichts für Kinder. Außerdem standen noch leere Flaschen (mit Zigarettenstummeln gefüllt) der Vormieter auf den Tischen.

Super-Tip Parkhaus, sehr freundliche persönliche Hilfe bei Türcode. Wir haben dann den nächsten Gästen helfen können. Lage absolut zentral und ruhig.

Lebensgefährlich offenes Treppenhaus!!! Keine familienfreundliche Gestaltung, nicht für Gäste mit Einschränkungen geeignet. Keine weiteren Infos zu Ort, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Heizung unten. Korrekte aber spartanische Einrichtung -

Die Wohnung ist schön und zentral und könnte mit Kleinigkeiten aufgewertet werden.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in der Innenstadt , alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Tolle Dachterrasse für laue Abende, leider ungesichert und nur durch eine Luke zu erreichen (etwas schwierig, wenn man noch Gläser und Flaschen transportieren muss)

Wohnung nur durch eine App mit dem Smartphone begehbar. Für eine Gruppe nicht so günstig, da nur derjenige Zugang hat, der auch gebucht hat. Ist der Akku leer hat man ein Problem! Vermieter hat man nicht gesehen. Es gibt nur ein kleines Handtuch pro Person. In der Toilette kein Handtuch oder Seife. Armatur wackelt und nach Benutzung ist alles nass auf dem Boden. Einzelbett sehr weich. Nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 2 Übernachtungen und 4 Personen! Für die Dachterasse wäre eine Lampe oder Kerze schön gewesen.

Locatie is top, bedden slapen prima, airco ook fijn. Toegang met app ook handig. Aardige eigenaar.

Echt niet af. Open stopcontacten, geen trapleuningen, gevaarlijke situatie daardoor. Absoluut niet geschikt met kinderen. Geen badmat, geen nachtkastje, koud water bij wasbak. Niet goed schoon. Vieze lades. Dakterras niet af en gevaarlijk maar dat zou nog afgemaakt worden. Gehorig!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Coole Maisonette Wohnung über drei Ebenen, die oberste ist eine Terrasse auf dem Flachdach - ohne Geländer!!! Also nichts für kleine Kinder oder Schlafwandler. Schön ausgestattet mit dem üblichen Komfort, sogar eine Klimaanlage gibt es! Und: Mitten in der schönen Innenstadt von Venlo. Schöne Türschlösser mit App Steuerung.

Auf dem WC fehlt Seife und ein Handtuchhalter. Die WC Brille war lose. Aber nichts, was uns die Laune verdorben hätte.

Definitiv nochmal!!

Die drei Etagen waren super. Es war sehr sauber und genügend Handtücher sowie ein kräftiger Föhn waren vorhanden. Das Personal ist echt freundlich und waren schnell. Pluspunkt war definitv das separate WC von der Dusche. Der beheizbare Spiegel hat auch gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist unübertrefflich! Wir würden definitiv nochmal buchen und wieder kommen!

Ich hätte mir ein größeres und bequemeres Sofa gewünscht sowie mehr Kaffeekapseln. Außerdem wäre es gut gewesen, wenn auf der Dachterasse ein Geländer gewesen wäre, damit man leichter rauf & runter steigen kann.

Comfortabel appartement middenin het centrum en toch rustig. Vriendelijke host die direct reageerde op appjes. Jammer dat we er maar een nacht sliepen en geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van de woonkamer en dakterras

Die Wohnung ist schön gestaltet und nach abstellen der Mängel sehr gut zu bewerten

4. Bett gebucht aber eine nur ein Sofa mit faltmatratze ohne Lattenrost. Das Sofa war nicht auf gebettet und der Raum nicht ab zu Dunkeln. Das Doppelbett und das Einzelbett hat extrem weiche Matratzen. Leider konnten meine Frau und ich nicht gut schlafen. An die Küche war sauber und bis auf den Ofen komplett. Gab keine Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, was unkommod ist, da es so viele verschiedene gibt und man die als reisender kaum mit sich führt. Die Elektroinstallation war nicht komplett abgeschlossen. An zwei Stellen schauten Drähte aus der Wand. Der Waschbeckensiphon im WC ist undicht.

Ursula ligt erg goed, maar valt verder erg tegen.

De ligging is prima, in het centrum. Tijdens de warme dagen was de airco heel fijn. Badkamer, toilet en de keuken zagen er goed uit. Redelijk nieuw. Eethoek is prima. Eigenlijk een leuke plek voor jongelui, maar zeker niet voor ouderen. Fijn, veel leuke restaurants en terrasjes in de buurt. Gezellige binnenstad. Goed te bereiken per trein.

Toegang is lastig. Eigenaar niet gezien. Het is een B&B zonder B. Ontbijt moet je zelf regelen. De trap is erg gevaarlijk voor kleine kinderen en ouderen. Je kunt je nauwelijks goed vast houden. Uitzicht is triest. Een soort dakraam naar het dak terras is niet te hanteren. Bedden kraken. Bij het douchen stroomde het water de badkamer in. Het is gerenoveerd, maar duidelijk nog niet klaar. Electrische draden staken er uit op sommige plaatsen. Geen nachtkastjes naast het bed of een lampje. Heb ik zelf maar gekocht..

Eenvoudige B&B in het hartje van Venlo

Ligt midden in het centrum van Venlo.

Geen balkon zoals in de advertentie staat, maar een dakterras wat moeilijk te bereiken is. Bovenaan de bovenste trap moet je een glazen koepel omhoog duwen om toegang te krijgen tot het dak. Niets om je aan vast te houden en geen omheining op het dak! Geen omheining bij trapgat aan de keuken kant. Er was ook geen leuning aan de onderste trap, maar die zou hij na ons vertrek aanbrengen. Putje van de douche was verstopt, zelf maar schoongemaakt (wel gemeld) Geen magnetron aanwezig. Geen informatieboekje aanwezig over de B&B en omgeving. Niet zo geschikt voor oudere mensen.

Prima B&B op toplocatie!

Top locatie, midden in centrum Venlo. Ruime B&B, beneden 2 slaapkamers, wc en douche. Boven een keuken en zithoek + trap naar plat dakterras (zonder hekken) waar een tafel met stoelen staat. Sleutel/Toegang via app Airkey, middels een linkje van de eigenaar wordt deze voorzien van info om de buitendeur en kamerdeur te openen, even oefenen maar werkt prima.

Het is een BenB zonder Breakfast, in een naast gelegen locatie (Milk) kun je tegen betaling ontbijten, lag wel een voucher voor gratis koffie of thee bij Milk. Ondanks dat het allemaal nieuw is, zijn er diverse onderdelen nog niet 100% afgewerkt: stroomkabels in badkamer, afdekplaatjes stopcontacten enz. Mag de pret niet drukken, maar je kunt je er aan storen.

Fijn rustig straatje, goede badkamer met prima douche. Ruime woonkamer en slaapkamer met lekker bed. Vriendelijke eigenaar die snel reageerde op vragen. Slim en makkelijk inchecken met app.

De trap naar de eerste verdieping zou voor gemak en veiligheid wel een leuning kunnen gebruiken. De handdoeken zijn erg klein, niet echt badhanddoeken. Wat gehorig ook
