Marina Rubicon Apartment number 1

Very clean with⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay — highly recommended We had a fantastic stay at this apartment.Its situated in a nice quiet area , within short walking distance of a shopping centre , marina with shops and restaurants and the beach . Everything was spotlessly clean and really well presented. There were plenty of fresh towels and toiletries, and the shower was excellent. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with cosy couches, comfy beds, good blinds and double-glazed windows, plus loads of wardrobe space. The kitchen was very well equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, and even an iron and ironing board. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine, milk, water and orange juice on arrival — such a thoughtful touch. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds and chairs available. The TVs, Wi-Fi and facilities all worked perfectly, and the staff around the grounds were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay — clean, comfortable, well equipped and very welcoming. We’d happily return.

Things to be aware of: Although the apartment has double-glazed windows and shutters, noise does travel between floors, especially if you have a young family staying above — so if you like a lie-in, mornings can be a bit noisy. The oven is a combi grill/microwave rather than a standard oven, which may be inconvenient if you plan to cook full meals (although the electric hob works well). We also had an issue with the booking information: the whole complex is listed as “No. 1,” but the individual apartments each have different numbers and entry codes. Another guest was given the same details and accidentally accessed our apartment, so it’s important to double-check your correct apartment number and code on arrival. These were only minor inconveniences overall, and the apartment was still great value for money.
