Location near the airport.
Not particularly easy to find. A sign post on the bridge would be helpful.

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Kühlschrank ist in den Zimmern vorhanden und mitunter auch eine kleine Küchenzeile.

Very warm and welcoming host The room was so nice; everything was very clean Good AC, able to cool down the room in a while, even in the heatwave
The host wanted me to pay in cash - no card/no wire transfer The building is very close to the train station - it is very noisy when the train is coming (but fortunately, there are no trains at night; the last one was at 23h).

Conveniently located 5 min drive from the airport for an early flight (or late arrival as I heard other guests come after midnight). Host was kind, used an app to translate which worked well.
It was my bad for not closely looking but it’s right next to the train tracks which had a train come through regularly; it was louder than I liked. There was also a green light above the door that was annoying for sleeping. I didn’t see a way to shut it off.
