Ótima localização, apto muito confortável. Seguro, muito bom para família e amigos desfrutarem de uma viagem inesquecível. Voltaria a me hospedar neste local com certeza.

A vista é maravilhosa e o apartamento tem uma das melhores localizações que já vi. O lugar em si é realmente lindo e potencializa muito a experiência da viagem.

O ponto negativo foi o estado de higiene do apartamento, que estava muito abaixo do esperado. Os responsáveis tentaram resolver trocando o enxoval e limpando novamente, mas é um ponto que precisa de muito mais atenção para as próximas estadias.

Apartamento super confortável e limpo. Cozinha limpa e boa localização.

The helpfulness of the night reception staff, although there was a language issue, we did not speak Portuguese, and they did not speak English The overall size of the apartment was great for our party of 7 4 bedrooms and bathrooms with a great living area. also, the position overlooking Fortaleza beach

The apartment was in a residential hotel and was privately owned, the reception was not aware of our arrival but required facial recognition to enter the property. The property was advertised as a hotel but was privately owned and did not come with any physical amenities you would expect, such as dish washing soap and dish cloth, only 1 dish towel, nothing in the bathrooms and no welcoming pack as to the hotel amenities, pool and gym times etc,. The A/C in the main living area was not working but after contacting the owner, which took some time it was repaired but did not continue to work, the owners were contacted again as one of the toilets stopped flushing and were informed about the a/c but we did not receive any response. Our stay was 6 days and made the most of Fortaleza
