Room was clean well maintained with clean washrooms and good water pressure / nice showers. Property is having private parking, which is very safe. Finding location is bid tricky due to map showing other side and since it is on a Dead End of the road you need to go around the area to reach the destination. But area is quite and you feel totally isolated from Delhi Chores, though the IGNOU road is very near. You find restaurants, Tea Shops, Snacks, Super Market in walkable distance. Reception and the service guy all are nice people. They have an unique system for Electric consumption. You need to note down the Electric Meter reading at the time of Checkin and pay the actual charges on Checkout and the charges are very nominal. It is an great Initiative by property and I wish if many properties can follow the same.

Quite place
Location is too bad. Eventhogh this units are 200 meters inside of main street. So it is quite. The main street is not convenient for restaurants or any shopping. Its like an industrial area.
