Prime Location Stay near AIIMS, Pragati Maidan, CP & Metro

The place was easily navigable. The stay was cozy. The caretaker ASLAM was the solution for every problem. He was available 24×7 for any help that we needed. He was so polite, hospitable, accommodating and welcoming. I fell ill for 2 days and Aslam got me fruits and medicines. He was someone who made the stay worth amidst not so good amenities. The rooms were clean to the last speck of dust, the linen was spotless, blankets were cozy. The towels given were clean and fragrant. Additionally, when we asked Aslam to clean the room, he cleaned every corner fresh again.

Since the property is in an old residential building, the bathrooms were not well maintained, the bidet was leaky, the drains were clogging, water heaters could not even provide bucket full of hot water in one go. One of the worst part of the experience was the noise that the watchman made on the streets in night. The property should not be blamed for it but yes it was really disturbing. There were little to no amenities in the bathroom. We paid around INR 2400/night, however there was no body soap, no shampoo or toothpaste. I needed a study table but it was very shaky.

Best stay i had at sangivicky place. Central location was my top point being close to connaught place VFS. Very good staff and clean bathroom. Kitchen was good to cook. Spotless linen and fresh towels provided. Comfortable mattress was plus point. I am very happy.

Location is very good. Central and easy to navigate.Restaurant , Pharmacy & posh South Extension market is just walkable. Care taker helped us with breakfast. sparkling clean bathroom with hot water.

Home neighbourhood location. The neighbor has pretty rude security and possibly don’t like that their neighbor runs a home stay. Location of the home stay was a tad bit tough to find. However staff are super helpful and calling them close to teaching helps
