Beautiful, well sized villa with great facilities, including cooking space, fridge, washing machine, dryer and huge, bright outdoor deck area. The area is peaceful and not too far from Hyochang Park station. Highly responsive and communicative host. Will stay here again!
Be aware if walking from either Hyochang Park station or Gongdeok station, the area is quite hilly which is no problem if you’re fit.
If driving, parking may be difficult (seems like the neighbour might be using the allocated space since most guests may not drive).
Make sure to bring an eye mask as the beautiful larger windows do not have curtains or blinds.

Living room was the best part of the accommodation. The huge windows were really nice. The owner was really helpful (we could check-in earlier).
