    Disappointing Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I'm extremely disappointed with Hotel O The Royall Residency. The room was nothing like the pictures shown on the booking app. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a dirty and cramped room with stained bedsheets. The condition was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel manager was rude and uncooperative. When I expressed my concerns, they argued and pressured me to switch rooms without offering a refund. The lack of customer service and disregard for guest satisfaction were appalling. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere. The hotel's poor condition and unprofessional staff make it a place to avoid. 1/10 would not recommend. Rating: 1/5 stars Feel free to modify it to fit your tone and style!
