FabHotel Eminence Grand

Hi Agoda, I would like to share another disappointing experience from my recent stay at one of your FabHotels at Delhi. Before my arrival, I had specifically requested a clean room with fresh and hygienic bed linen. However, the room provided was in a pathetic condition. Please find the attached photographs for your reference. To make matters worse, there was a lizard roaming around the room and even on the bed, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. When I reported the issue, the hotel manager was reluctant to even visit the room to inspect the condition. Instead, I was simply asked to shift to another room, but that room did not even have a television. As a result, we had no practical option but to continue staying in the originally allotted room. I had also requested that breakfast should not be sourced from outside. Unfortunately, this request was ignored, and breakfast was brought in from an external vendor. The quality was so poor that we chose not to have it. What disappoints me the most is that I had informed your team well in advance about my expectations and concerns based on my previous experience. Despite sending multiple emails and notifying you before my stay, none of the requested arrangements were ensured. This leaves me wondering what more I could have done as a customer to help avoid such an experience. Regrettably, after repeated disappointments, I have lost confidence in booking through FabHotels or Agoda again. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience. Regards, Ram Parkash
