The train connection from Stansted Airport is perfect. The location of the apartment is also excellent. A few meters from the train station. Groceries, pharmacy, restaurant and pubs are also a few meters from the accommodation, so the location is excellent. The appearance and equipment of the apartment was nice, but nothing surprising. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was not sufficiently cleaned, dirty socks, papers and chewed gum were forgotten under the bed... The dishes in the kitchen were left unwashed, the oven was incredibly dirty. We had to clean everything in the kitchen, wash all the dishes. The apartment was well equipped, but the vacuum cleaner was dirty and left in the wardrobe. A smelly wet mop was also left in the wardrobe... It was blowing terribly through the windows, there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, as stated in the accommodation description. Only hand soap. There was also no heating in the bathroom. It was 10 degrees outside, but the bathroom was cool. I can't imagine the cold in the bathroom if it was freezing outside. The blinds on the windows were also so bad, a lot of light came through the windows from the hallway at night.
