Good size apartment/room, good communication about check in. It was pretty clean and a kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Supermarket is very close. It's on the 13th floor so it seems like it's in the highest building in the surrounding area.
Air conditioning cost an extra 5€ a day and it's optional. There are no wardrobes or any cloth hangers. Most of the sockets are not in the good condition. The towels and pillows need a replacement. It's quite far from city centre so it takes time to get there if you are using public transport.

It is ok property
When booking it shows Air conditioning available, but real surprise comes when you arrive. It cost 5 euros per night and it is warm during summer. They only accept cash. Other wise no remote.

L'emplacement
Le propriétaire demande 5€ par jour pour la climatisation hors cela n'était pas marqué sur Booking. En plus les draps étaient sales. Nous avons passé une sale nuit.
