Loved the location and size of the kitchen.
For the money, there should be tv's in the bedroom and should also have 2 routers for the size of the house. Internet was awful. There should also be a pool heater. Pool was nice but extremely to cold. Allow guests to pay a couple hundred dollars extra for gas for the heater.

Very private and quite location. Beautifully kept and very close to grocery stores.
Not a major problem, but the path to get to the property is a little interesting as its small dirt path. But very easy to navigate.
