Very nicely refurbished. All the kitchen essentials were available.
Unit was not cleaned before I arrived. Beds were still unmade with new sheets.
Front door battery died while I was there and had to wait over an hour for someone to come with a key to unlock electronic lock manually

Good location - good price.
It has stairs - of you have any phisical problem it is impossible to get in. With the luggage it was complicate.

The kitchen need more tools like to open cans, or wine. And some bowls ti mix.
