About this apartment rental
Adjacent to St Mary's, down the street from Mayo Clinic main entrance, this welcoming studio offers guests a cozy retreat with 1 queen bed. The space is equipped with essential amenities like a washing machine, electric fireplace, and a hair dryer. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Freshly renovated quiet lower level unit with blackout curtains, new floors, paint, lighting, and fixtures. Keyless entry and outdoor security ensure convenience and safety. Stay comfortable with dual washer/dryer sets, reverse osmosis drinking water, Reme UV air sanitation, and a dehumidification system.
Real Talk: Our property has been on the market for about a year now and EVERY person that has stayed here has said it is the best one they've ever stayed in. we are not a professional management company, we are the owners that simply set it up that way we would want our own personal home, eg, the air is filtered with 3 systems (5" air filter + central Reme UV treatment + summer dehumidification to prevent mold), the water is softened and drinking water is treated (Reverse Osmosis system at the sink), everything is refreshed with new paint, new floors (no carpet), all new leather furniture, well-equipped kitchen, desk area with external monitor & 1-gig internet, 65" TV, off-street parking, across the street from St Mary's, but on quiet, tree-lined street (but still in middle of restaurants, coffee shops, etc), essentially as well placed as it gets.
We purposely set it up as the perfect hideaway for healing and recovery with that updated-vintage charm.
