Podejście do klienta szanowna pani menager bezczelna Mieliśmy problem z ustaleniem pokoju oraz brakiem Internetu zasięgu dostaliśmy info przez tel że mamy sobie wypełnić kwestionariusz żeby otrzymać numer pokoju w budynku c , od pan sprzateczek dowiedzieliśmy się że jest informacja i tam można załatwić czego pani nam przez tel nie powiedziała … Prz recepcji poczułelismy się ja wrogowie kiedy zwróciłem uwagę obiekt fantastyczny jednak recepcja bardzo nie fajnie podeszła do sytuacji Cały czas myślę o opisaniu na. Gogle tej sytuacji Tymbardziej że Info odnośnie pobytu dostaliśmy przed godz 15:00kuedy sie zaczyna doba hotelowa :( Jeżdżę dużo po świecie to był mój prezent urodzinowy który niestety okazał się bezczelną sytuacją
