Po pierwsze pierwszy raz spotkałem się żeby klucze do pokoju odbierać w innym hotelu. Po drugie dostaliśmy karty do drzwi na inne nazwisko wieczorem siedźmy sobie w pokoju a tam wchodzi jakiś facet i mówi że to jego pokój i zgadzało by się no na jego nazwisko. A po trzecie nigdzie nie było mowy że trzeba wpłacać jakąś kaucję 400 koron z czego zwrotu dostaliśmy tylko 200 koron.

Clean place
Restaurant Terezka was closed during our stay 😞😞😞. I booked this place only for the restaurant because we wanted to visit the restaurant for breakfast and dinner 🙂. No one informed us during the reservation and during check in that the restaurant and plenty of other places will be closed. It was very sad as the whole area was like a ghost place.
