Greedy and mean owner
Size and the cleanliness of the room
Greedy owner. If you stay at this hotel, you have two options: Either stay at their hotel or hand over your key to the hotel upon leaving hotel for the day you wont be staying or have your personal belongings collected by hotel. Yes, you have read that right. We spent the first night of our 8-night stayat this hotel. The next two nights we stayed as guest with our friends home and the next day the hotel called us arrogantly telling that why we were not coming to the hotel. If we were not coming to the hotel then we must return the keys. We replied, "we are on vacation around and we dont know when we will be back." Two days later, this time they sent us a message on Whatsapp, asking us to come and collect our belongings if we are not staying at their hotel. We went to the hotel that day and asked "why are you behaving like this?" They shamelessly said "They cannot sell our room to someone else!!" We have records of all calls and correspondence. We even complained to Booking.com but the hotel.did not even respond. About the service: Room was clean and big enough however, have bad mold smell and noisy. There is no soundproofing between the other rooms. The isolation is bad enough that you could hear the guest in the next room snoring. Also on our last morning(we only stayed 3 nights), they cleaned the street which is in front of our balcony with a gasoline powered high sounded vacuum cleaner early in the morning for about 40 minutes as if to make us get up to leave the hotel. Really starnge people. The breakfast was poor, they called their hotel as "farm" however there were not even eggs in breakfast.
