Casa grande, vicino a Pinzolo e alla fermata del bus, provvista di due parcheggi riservati uno interno e uno esterno, balconi annessi e zona tranquilla
Arredamento antiquato, bagno stretto, anche con il termostato spento la casa rimaneva bollente, cuscini scomodi, il matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati e due ante dell armadio erano chiuse, inoltre nn c'è I asciugacapelli e il frigo era spento,

Appartamento spazioso con un bello e ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e camere di dimensione sufficiente. Piccolo invece il bagno. Buona la posizione vicino a Pinzolo raggiungibile anche a piedi. Comodo il parcheggio esterno mentre quello coperto è più piccolo. Appartamento caldo.
L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura e un po' di manutenzione in più: in bagno è presente muffa nella doccia; il divano ha i cuscini con strappi evidenti; la zona delle manopole del forno sembra bruciata.

La posizione, letteralmente a due passi dal centro di Pinzolo e dalla camminata per raggiungere la pineta. La casa è essenziale, anche se non di ultima ristrutturazione, è dotata di ogni comfort! Ben tenuta e ben pulita.
L’unico difetto che posso trovare è il garage, non adatto a macchine di grandi dimensioni.
